It's okay to calm down, it's not a sin not to rush. We need to remember that we need time... even if just a few seconds... to assess what is actually going on within and with and around us, to determine... including asking if we need to... hat someone actually means, before jumping down their throat. No one is as brainwashed, simple, ignorant, stupid, unobservant/oblivious, inattentive, uncaring, evil, or anything else negative as we judge them as. And underneath, they are not at all. Underneath, over and behind it all, within it all, everything we do comes back to love, to loving who n what we have in the best way we're allowed so far to know how. We do better when we for sure know better. Who are we to judge each other's love? And we all end up in, and navigating, and being, and taking part in, such complex situations that none of us is simple, and so to call one simple is like calling them less of a soul; it is dehumanizing. If it isn't that that you are thinking or feeling when you are calling someone simple then I apologize.
Perfectionism is elitism. No one is perfect. Trying one's best is good, but not to the point where it is no longer one's best because one is pushing themself too hard and stressing themself out. Our capacity increases as we expand our connections in the universe.
The story of the universe and how it inevitably unfolds is way better, bigger, more positive and uplifting and happy news than life often allows us to remember, but we're getting our memory of that back.
